Built the product frontend from scratch with the CTO. Then ran it as the team grew.

Crypto neobank. TypeScript monorepo, 15+ packages: mobile app, dashboards, marketing site, design system, shared packages. Set the frontend conventions the team shipped on.

Hired, reviewed, and mentored 3 frontend developers. Also shipped TypeScript backend work on blockchain transactions and external syncs.

Took over a legacy React Native app and made later product work cheaper.

JavaScript, class components, fragile Redux. Migrated to TypeScript and hooks. Replaced Redux with Zustand and TanStack Query, then simplified the architecture.

About 20,000 lines removed. Less debt. Changes no longer needed a rewrite.
